In the summer of 2010 Headwater Tours will be offering multi-day backcountry hiking tours following the planned route of the International Appalachian Trail (Newfoundland & Labrador) from Parsons Pond Inner Pond (just north of Gros Morne National Park) to Portland Creek Inner Pond. 7-Day packages also include a 2-hour boat tour of nearby Western Brook Pond in Gros Morne National Park.
